At VitalRelief™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, here’s how you can return an item easily and securely.
Conditions for Return
Return period:
You have 60 days from the day you receive your parcel to request a return.
Condition of item:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customised products or items marked as "Final Sale".
How to Return an Item
Step 1 – Contact us:
Send an email to support@vital-relief.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2 – Follow our instructions:
We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and practical information for the next steps.
Return Shipping
Your responsibility:
Unless we have made an error (e.g. wrong or defective item), you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Packaging:
Please ensure that the item is packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using tracked shipping or adding insurance.
Refunds
Inspection:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will check that the conditions have been met.
Processing time:
If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your total refund if applicable.
Exchanges
Damaged or defective item?
Contact us immediately at support@vital-relief.com — we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time:
