At VitalRelief™, we carefully pack and ship all orders directly from our UK fulfilment centres. We take great care in preparing your order with the same attention and quality we would expect for ourselves.


Processing Your Order

Personal Packing with Care
All orders are carefully packed and processed manually from our fulfilment centres. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. This ensures that everything is prepared correctly before shipment.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.


UK Delivery

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
We use trusted UK delivery partners to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.


Tracking & Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and delays may occur in more remote areas.


Address Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Need to change your address after placing your order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@vital-relief.com — we’ll do our best to assist you before the parcel is dispatched.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the delivery carrier, responsibility for any loss or damage passes to you as the customer. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order details — we will be happy to assist you.


Delays & Out-of-Stock Items

We aim for fast delivery, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport issues or stock delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock after your purchase, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery date — or offer you the option to cancel your order.


Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy without prior notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on our website. We recommend checking this page regularly.
